Ceremonial Matcha
The purest expression of what matcha can be. Shade-grown to concentrate L-theanine and chlorophyll, then stone-ground to a vivid emerald powder. The result: a complex, umami-rich bowl with no bitterness, no astringency — just depth. Prepared traditionally as Koicha or Usucha, it turns the morning into something worth being present for.
