1. General Information
The owner of the online store is OlliHandmade OÜ, registry code 14477378, located at Uuesauna põik 2,
Liivamäe küla, Estonia. These terms and conditions apply to all purchases of goods made through this online store together with the Privacy Policy.
2. Pricing and Product Information
• All prices are in Euros (€).
• Shipping costs depend on the destination and delivery method and are displayed during checkout.
• Product descriptions and information are provided directly next to each product.
• If the price of a product is significantly lower than the market price due to an error, the online store has the
right to withdraw from the contract and refund the purchaser.
3. Placing an Order and Payment
• Add products to the shopping basket and complete the required fields.
• Select the preferred delivery method.
• Payments are processed securely via Maksekeskus AS and Stripe.
• Available payment methods include Estonian, Latvian, and Lithuanian bank payments and Visa/MasterCard.
• The contract enters into force once the payable amount is received in the online store’s bank account.
• Personal data is processed in accordance with the Privacy Policy available on the website.
4. Shipment and Delivery
• Delivery is available within Estonia, the Baltic states, and other European Union countries.
• Baltic deliveries are made to parcel lockers via Unisend, Omniva, SmartPosti, and DPD.
• Other EU countries receive direct delivery to the address provided by the purchaser.
• Orders are usually dispatched on the same or next business day.
• Delivery within Estonia generally takes 1–3 business days. International delivery is guaranteed within 15
calendar days, with the right to extend up to 45 days in exceptional cases.
5. Right of Withdrawal
• The purchaser has the right to withdraw from the contract within 14 days of receiving the goods.
• The right of withdrawal does not apply to legal persons.
• The right of withdrawal does not apply to sealed food or tea products which have been opened after delivery,
due to health protection and hygiene reasons.
• Returned goods must not be used in any way other than necessary to verify their nature and functioning.
• The purchaser bears the cost of returning the goods unless the product is defective or incorrect.
• Refunds will be issued within 14 days of receiving the returned goods or proof of return.
6. Defective Goods and Disputes
• The online store is responsible for defects existing at the time of delivery and appearing within two years.
• Within the first year, it is assumed that the defect existed at the time of delivery unless proven otherwise.
• The purchaser must notify the online store of a defect within two months of its discovery.
• Complaints will be responded to in writing within 15 days.
• If no agreement is reached, the purchaser may contact the Consumer Dispute Committee or EU dispute resolution bodies.
