The tea came very quickly after I ordered it and the packaging was of premium quality. And it was very simple to prepare as the leaves goes down into the base of the hot water. I took it before breakfast and I felt really awake and alive after taking the tea. I don't know how it works but it's best to take it just before eating. 5🌟
